Thought I'd steal a survey from Harry since I'm bored...

So New York and New Jersey both were awesome.  My dad came up to visit his brother and to work in the city for the week and such, so I came up with him.  Went down the shore to see my uncle first, and he isn't doing well at all.  Hopefully he will get better, and I'm praying that he does.  It's complicated, and I don't feel like explaining everything, but if he doesn't get better soon, it looks like I'll be up in NJ soon again.  I hung out with Mike for awhile while, and a few other friends, but mostly Mike.  We went down the shore one day, and then chilled at his place for awhile, and shopped and such.  We went to Woodbridge Center and Menlo Park Mall one day, because there are stores in those malls that I don't have by me that I love!  On our way to Menlo I had such a craving to eat at a diner.  On our way to the Menlo Park Diner, I spot that there is a Rainforest Cafe in the mall.  I totally freaked out, because I love eating in that place in Disney!  So we ate there...it was good minus the 3 6 year-old birthday parties that were going on.  I didn't buy too much at the mall, and I was tempted to ride the Carousel at Woodbridge, but I figured I'd save myself the embarrassment.  Anyways, Mike met me one day in the city for the Yankees game and dinner, and everything has just been so good!  I just love that guy to death!  But anyways...my sister and I did a lot of talk shows in New York that week...met a bunch of stars...I couldn't even list how many I met!  We did the whole camping out for the cd signing at Virgin...wasn't that bad, though.  We went with a few other friends so we made it all fun, and it really wasn't that bad.  I mostly slept.  Yes...I mostly slept on a New York City street...gross...but we had blankets and such.  We didn't get there that early either.  But all in all it was fun.  We were going to stay up and chat the whole night anyways, so why not get something else out of it?  I did a bunch of shopping in the city too...definitely bought a bunch of cute things!  We did some touring as well...we did the Empire State Building at like 11, because there's no better time or place to get a view of the whole city like the Empire State Building at night!  I've done it before, but we just felt like doing it again.  The drive home was kind of bad...we hit a bunch of traffic since we left too damn late.  But besides the traffic, everything was just dandy.  We got home at a reasonable time, and now I'm tired, since I drove a lot on the way home and I didn't get much sleep the night before.  Overall the trip was awesome!! I can't wait for the rest of the adventures I have this summer!  Everything just seems to be too good to be true, and I'm hoping everything stays like that!  I hope everyone else is having an awesome summer and I'll talk to you guys later!
